Bà Tân | : Question1. Can you briefly describe what is Zignaly? @tolebrb
Tole : sure
Zignaly is an social investment platform where anybody without any trading or even crypto knowledge can participate.
We have 4 different services, which are an evolution since we launched
always making the service easier and more profitable for the users.

Bà Tân | : Question2. What is the use case of Zignaly?
Tole : A retail investor who has an investment portfolio and wants to diversify it including cryptocurrencies on it.
But not only for people who are already investing and want to diversify, but also for people where before, there wasnât any investment options.

Bà Tân | : Question3. Can you update to the community the latest news and hot events of Zignaly in the coming time?
Tole : The latest news for sure is the token :)
I think we are a little bit different, we have a working product since 2018, we have been improving it until what we have now, and now we are launching this extra utility for controlling, even more, the risk when investing in cryptocurrencies.
The primary listing day will be next week (15th).
But also, a big news for us is that we are reaching $1m in profits shared with our community with our main service (launched in last November)

Bà Tân | : Question4. Could you please provide some progress on your Roadmap and what results Zignaly has achieved so far ? And any sneak peek into 2021 plans for Zignaly?
Tole : When we launched in 2018, we were just a basic trading terminal and a signal provider service. Since then, we integrated futures, copy-trading and we reached more than $1b in volume trade, but the big achievement has been profit-sharing, that we launched in November 2020.
There are quite a few items in our roadmap that Iâm more excited about, which is first an index, which will rebalance your investment between the top-performing services, the second one will be a new view that will summarize your result from profit-sharing services. The deployment of NFT based insurance protocol in Q3 will further strengthen our offerings.

Bà Tân | : Question5. Why did the Zignaly platform choose the Ethereum ERC20 blockchain for its platform? Why not a more scalable blockchain as Ethereum has many scalability issues?
Tole : There is always time for making a bridge between one blockchain and the other. ERC20 is globally extended and serves our purpose now. The developer-community behind it is huge and any CEX or DEX support it.
Also, the chain we use for the insurance protocol is yet to be determined. We are evaluating quite a few options as it will be a high volume, low value kind of model, canât be paying 30 dollar fee for 10 dollar insurance.

How does Zignaly provide transparency and safety for their users and what sort of a reward structure is there for the token holders?
Tole : All the charts, numbers and stats that you see in the website are as they are, nothing is modified from our side. We believe that transparency is key for generating trust, so we try to be as transparent as possible, sometimes hurting ourselves because stats donât look so sexy, however we believe in the long term it will be beneficial for us. Recently we have a related discussion from one of the investors, who also is an advisor at Zignaly, and we are considering a non-vinculated to Zignaly party that can kind of audit what we show/say is true (it looks like we need a blockchain, right?)
The token will be the key that will unlock the potential of the platform, holders will have advantages, and also weâll look for partnerships to extend the usage of the token outside the platform. We are starting with a liquidity mining program, as you can see in our distribution (12%)..

How are you going to handle your systems if unforeseen problems happen in the future, particularly hacking issues that affect your platform have some of your users personal data? Would be your platform prepared to deal with that sort of situation?
Tole : For now we donât keep users personal data, other than the keys from the exchange. Regarding your assets, first of all, we are not custodians. Your assets are in the exchanges and they are the ones taking care of it. But we still have the users keys, so we use several mechanisms for keeping them secure. Even in the event of a hack, the keys are stored encrypted and the key for decrypting them is stored separately. Additionally we are conducting a security audit from one of investors (Disrupt.com) how is also the owner of secure.com. The NFT token will pass its own security audit by a well-known third party.
On top of that, we are onboarding two tech advisors (big names, that we will announce after the token launch), that are advising in each step that we give.
Finally, we have a great community and weâll launch a bounty program so they can help us to identify potential risks.

Can you tell us more about the Zignaly insurance? What are the case being covered in this insurance? How to avail this insurance? What are the advantages and benefits of this insurance brings to Zignaly users?
Tole : We expect to have the first MVP in the Q3 of this year. The formulas that we are using and the approach is provisionary, so please take into consideration that it may change.
There is gonna be an insurance pool, which will be funded from third different sources: Zignaly revenue, insurance premium and sponsors. The pool will be divided in portions, and each portion will be represented by an NFT (Iâll explain later why a NFT). Users can acquire as many NFTs as they want but the number of total NFT that can be activated during the month is limited by the insurance pool number of portions.
The reason why you may want to acquire NFTs at the beginning is because the price and coverage of the NFT can grow, but if you already have your NFT, you will receive the coverage update without needing to pay the new price (additionally NFTs give you other advantages, that again Iâll explain later :) ). So you have your NFTs, and you assign them to one particular service that is covered by the insurance. The service will have a Maximum Drawdown metric, if at the end of the month, your balance allocated to that service is below that metric, the insurance will be triggered and you will receive the value of the NFT in your account, covering your losses.
The reason why we are using NFTs is because each portion will be unique, a gamification mechanism will be introduced that will allow you to collect and combine different NFTs for unlocking extra benefits.

What is the strongest advantage that you think will make this team lead the market? in contrast, what weaknesses do you have and how does the team plan to overcome them?
Tole : The strongest advantage of the team is that we are aligned in the same vision. We know our mission and we push in the same direction. This is not always easy to get and sometimes we have to let go amazing people when we detect that we arenât aligned.
Our weaknesses are in the regulations field. We know that the niche in which we are operating is (or want to be) highly regulated. All the crypto-exchanges have had their own problems. We are well aware of this situation and, in fact, one of the advisors that we have onboarded will help us to cover this weakness that we have now.
We had the luxury of choosing which investor to onboard in Zignaly, and we have tried to choose the ones that can add more value than just an investment, covering our weaknesses and leveling up our chances of success. We are super happy with the investors and partners that we got thanks to the private sale.

Could you tell me a little bit about Your roadmap going forward, how do you plan onboarding users and gaining more adoption for Your project?
Tole : Our roadmap is focused on our north star metric, which is âprofits generated to the communityâ. Each action that we take, is with this in mind. We think (and we have seen), that our community is our first promoters (we had to choose some power users to talk with one investor and it was then when he decided not only to invest, but also to become advisor). So, if we provide real results to the community taking care of them, the word of mouth will do a lot of work.
However we have more aggressive campaigns, we have partnered with different parties that will help us to introduce Zignaly in local regions with huge potential.
for example, our website is translated to Vietnamese and you can write to support in Vietnamese, that you will get answer from our Vietnamese teammate :)
Also, one of our investors/advisors is helping us to have more exposure in the media. When the retail investor thinks in investing in crypto, they will think in investing in Zignaly.

Q1. What is the most ambitious goal of your project? I would appreciate it if you could share with us any Upcoming Updates?
Tole : to create a decentralized asset management platform.
Q2. Now, the token launch process is easy, but to develop the ecosystem, stabilize prices, expand the market is a challenge in every project? So what are your team first steps towards solving this problem? what is your plan to maintain token price & supply in the market?
Tole : I think this is a big difference between us and other launches. Itâs true that anybody can create a token, but we have created the token after 3 years of working on a real product, with more than 60k users registered and moving more than $400m in monthly volume trade. We have onboarder amazing partners and advisors that will guarantee an attractive and exciting price of the token.
Q3. COVID 19 has slowed many economies around the world but as a crypto business has it affected you negatively or positively? Secondly, are you still on track to achieve your targets as the road map says?
Tole : We already were a distributed team, with people from Vietnam to Canada, and many other countries in the middle. It hasnât affected us too much (other than not being able to play soccer Sundaysâ morning đ
Q4. How can users stay updated with this project? Are there channels, including local communities where users can get the latest updates???
Tole : We have a very active community on Discord, but recently we have started to use Telegram. Twitter and of course our mailing list is other sources to be udpated.

Q5. Can you indicate a feature or features that you like best about the platform so that it can compete with other competitors? What are you most confident about for your platform? Do you have plans to get users to choose your platform?
Tole : Profit-sharing, I write a monthly report at https://zignaly.com/blog title âpassive incomeâ, where I show with total transparency my results since we launched. I love profit-sharing, there is room for improvement, but it allows me to invest and not having to worry about it anymore.
Also our business model is our big differentiation, we only earn if the users do. We work with a success-fee, so is a win-win platform.
