I have been in crypto space for over 4 years now, and have several interesting projects including CEX and DEXes. My previous experience was with Router Protocol & Dfyn Network where I was their Chief Technical Architect, also one of the founding members of the team.

Bà Tân | : Question1. Can you briefly describe what is xHashtag ? We would like to know more about it and how it works.
Monica | xHashtag (Will never DM first) : Sure! Like I said earlier, xHashtag is a community accelerator DAO for Web3 projects. Community is the backbone of any project in the crypto space. Once a project builds its community, it can then work on converting them into users as long as the product serves a purpose that has demand in the market.
xHashtag helps such projects bootstrap their community from scratch, and once the product is in the market, xHashtag continues to support by converting community into committed users by incentivizing on-chain and off-chain actions using projectâs native tokens.

Monica | xHashtag (Will never DM first) : We are the first Web3 Community Accelerator on Solana, and although our core engine is built on Solana, we are able to process payments on multiple blockchains. Weâre also are currently building support for BSC and Polkadot. xHashtag DAO is built in such a way that it can support any kind of task thrown at it, hence our tagline â DAO For Future Of Work.
Our DAO structure brings staked human reviewers into system who control the reward payout for each task submission. Thereâs a slashing mechanism enforcing the checks and balances in the reviewer system that encourages reviewers to stay truthful at all times.

Monica | xHashtag (Will never DM first) : XTAG token functions as a utility token in the DAO. Staking $XTAG tokens on the platforms serve three major purpose â Governance, Task Eligibility Prioritization, and Reviewer Status Upgrades.
While staking is nât mandatory for a casual user of the platform who simply wants to participate in campaigns without investing, staked users are able to participate in campaigns without any wait time and before they run out of budget, therefore enabling users to earn more.
While the most review process is planned to be automated, staked users can earn additional earnings by dedicating time for reviewing off-chain submissions of other users which requires human verification for quality, such as a video or a meme.

Monica | xHashtag (Will never DM first) : We recently ran our first campaign after our launch for a project called Codyfight. We successfully accelerated their community by 3800% within 2 days, and the rewards are being distributed in a provably fair manner.
We are also focusing on Metaverse as virtual land builders also have the need to attract traffic into their land and interact with their micro economy, and we will be installing kiosks across multiple such metaverses to incentivize traffic and help land owners and users alike.

Monica | xHashtag (Will never DM first) : We have already met several targets on our roadmap as of Q4 2021, including our own community growth. We have successfully crossed over 125k+ community on both twitter and telegram. Weâve also been successful in growing our clientâs community.
We are constantly striking partnerships with more projects who want to take their community from 0 to 1, and from 1 to 10, and we are building solutions for all their community needs. In addition to that, we are in touch with a few metaverse projects on Solana and Polkadot where we will be installing Future Of Work kiosks and route traffic to various land blocks within the metaverse, and I believe thatâll be the major news thatâs shortly upcoming.

Monica | xHashtag (Will never DM first) : Our marketing strategy is referral. We incentivize users who refer their family and friends with extra rewards. This helps us reach a wide userbase in shortest amount of time. We are also joining hands with various metaverse projects where we expect high traffic and impart value to such ecosystems through xHashtag.

Q4. Too many projects promise magic but never release any working product or prove any revenue, Within a short/long time of release. Is your project also like this? If not can u tell us, What makes your project different from other projects?

Q5. What kind of partnerships with different projects/platforms/protocols can we expect from Xhashtag in the future? Could you give us some examples of how other projects can leverage Xhashtag?
Monica | xHashtag (Will never DM first) : You can expect partnerships in the metaverse space, which would be the most exciting one, because we are installing kiosks in multiple metaverses across solana and polkadot where users can get access to microtasks within those metaverses. Land owners can incentivize users to come to their land units and help grow their micro economy.
