Bà Tân | : Question1. What is a Vision Network? @JarodVision
Jarod | Vision Network : Vision Network is a whole ecosystem in itself. Itâs a governance model business that aims to deliver several much needed functions in the DeFI space. We want to create an interoperability bridge to connect most of the existing popular DeFi solution and the Vision App that will be the platform to go to for DeFi solutions.
Bà Tân | : Question2. What is a PoV?
Jarod | Vision Network : Pov âProof of Visionâ is a new consensus, due to our conception of the Vision Blockchain we need a lot of scalability and consequently low transactions fees. With a combination of hardware and software improvement, great scalability and fees close to zero. With this technology, and by making available a portion of our income, we will be able to ensure no-fees to users of our application who participate in the stacking program with their VSNâs.
The election of the nodes will be done in a similar way to what is generally called DPOS, the nodes which will have as mission to secure the network will be submitted to the votes, and the DAO (the people who stack the VSN) will be the determining factor of who will be a node or not. Staking will be done on the principle of redistribution of part of our income according to the number of VSNs owned. With strong interoperability favoured by the use of the Vision Bridge, we expect a significant number of users which will ensure an interesting staking for any holder of VSN.
Having VSNs will not only gives weight to the operation of the DAO, to use Vision Bridge at no cost, but will also allow you to collect VSNs on a daily basis. It also means that the more the Vision Network ecosystem is used, the higher the income.
Bà Tân | : Question3. What is a roadmap of project ?
Jarod | Vision Network : I am going to share the roadmap for 2020/2021.
It will be updated as new information is coming on our project.
Bà Tân | : Question4. Can you tell more about Vision Network Ecosystem ?
Jarod | Vision Network : Vision App is basically aimed at average joe users. We understand that crypto in itself is quite difficult to grasp, let alone DeFi which is even more complex. We believe that in order to achieve mainstream adoption, the application must be very simple to use.
Once the application has started, anyone in the whole world can just join and start using different DeFi functions from different projects, and the whole process is automated using the âVision Bridgeâ. So you, as an average user who knows nothing about crypto, you download the app, you chose to lend for example based on the best return rate. You deposit money, paying with a credit card or bank transfer (application will use FIAT onramp from one of our partner), you will pay fees, but they will be minor on an individual scale, you will also pay transaction fees. These fees, as more and more users use our application, will be quite significant in value, and will be shared by stakers.
On top of that, we will have different functions (not just lending), and possibility to customize usage by building DeFi dApps which will be simplified with our technology
Central project of our ecosystem is our Vision App.
Bà Tân | : Question5. What makes us believe and invest in the project?
Jarod | Vision Network : Because we have been here since last summer.
That we are listening to our community.
We are not the best in communication, I know that, but we try to be close to our community.

Community is one of the most important aspects of a projectâs success, so what do the Vision Network team think about community? How will Vision Network build a strong and solid community in helping the Vision Network project achieve its long term Vision?
Jarod | Vision Network : Our community is the basis of our project.
Without a community nothing is possible, so we do our utmost to satisfy them and listen to them.
In our next development there is the idea of making an interface where the members of our community can give their ideas to develop our project.

DeFi is one of the hottest and most sought-after topics in the blockchain space right now. Can VSN share your opinion on DeFi with us? Do you think DeFi will disrupt the current financial system? What is VSNâs approach to the DeFi sector ?
Jarod | Vision Network : DeFi is only at the beginning and a lot of good things is happening.
Good projects such as Aave or YFI are emerging.
There is a lack of learned regulation for DeFi to take the place of classical finance.
From my point of view it is only a question of time.
The Vision Network team tries to learn and be always ready for the new trends of DeFi.

Can you explain your Staking system. Is there a locking period of assests? What is the speciality and unque features of it?
Jarod | Vision Network : We have also just launched staking via Ferrum Networkâs Uniyre wallet
We have deployed both contracts with the Ferrum team.
We will have to use Unifyre wallet.
It is very ergonomic and very easy to use.
Two pools were made
Gold = 5M tokens ,APY 80%
Silver = 10M tokens, APY 60%

One of the fundamental beliefs of Vision Network is that all stakeholders in the ecosystem must be involved in the decision making process. What governance structure have you created so that each user can benefit equally? What reward scheme have you created for your participants ?
Jarod | Vision Network : In our basic idea it was our nodes that would receive part of the rewards.
But as Iâll explain later, weâre changing the idea of the project.
Our Bridge is not abandoned but we want to attack NFTs part first.
Our holders will be rewarded via NFTs airdrop cards, farming or staking which will be set up rather quickly.
We will use some of the tokens (35M) that were supposed to be for Vision Network team.

Smart contracts are vulnerable to bugs, and even recently three big new DeFi projects were victims of this, costing users funds. How efficient and secured is your smart contract, and did you ever audit it via any external party?
Jarod | Vision Network : Our current contract has been audited by Cointiger .
We are in the process of restructuring and a more important code will be deployed. We will surely have our contract audited by Solidity Finance or Certik because they are most reputable.

Q1: Do you have any plans to attract non-crypto investors to Vision Network ? Because it is the success of a project to get more investors who are still not in the crypto world specially as a new project entering to crypto. What are the plans to increase awareness about Vision Network around in non-crypto space? And which region is in your mind?
Jarod | Vision Network : I try to attract the uninitiated by telling them about the blockchain.
But the first step is BTC and ETH.
Q2. Can you explain how is your Tokenomics Distribution? How many tokens Will be minted? And How many tokens Will be locked by the team? @JarodVision
Jarod | Vision Network : There are 250 M tokens
8 million were burned.
Team holds 35M tokens
And 15M are available for marketing.
Teamâs tokens will be put into the farming pools for our community.
Q3. After FUD, the price went down, how do you deal with it not happening again?
Jarod | Vision Network : We underwent a FUD campaign because we were novices in crypto and we trusted wrong guys.
The solution to avoid FUD? Be transparent with your community and never forget that the project belongs to them.
Q4. What can we expect to see from this project in the short-term (at some point in 2021) and 2022 and beyond (long-term goals)?
Jarod | Vision Network : What you can expect for 2021 with us .
A new farming platform + NFT .
A team that I hope will grow quickly.
And the parallel development of our Bridge and our Vision App.
Q5. What is the plan to ensure sufficient liquidity on exchanges to fill market orders, especially as adoption increases and clients begin multiplying year-over-year for your project ?
Jarod | Vision Network : Currently our token is listed on Uniswap / Hotbit/ Bilaxy and Cointiger .
On Uniswap we have locked $80k of liquidity.
50/50 ETH and VSN .
So we donât have a liquidity problem.
I prefer DEX to CEX.
Q6. Please tell us more about farming on your platform. How can I get Vision tokens and on which trading platform can I sell?
Jarod | Vision Network : We will make a VSN/ETH pool and a VSN/USDT or USDC pool.
Q7. How are you going to handle your systems if unforeseen problems happen in the future, particularly hacking issues that affect your platform have some of your users personal data? Would be your platform prepared to deal with that sort of situation ?
Jarod | Vision Network : Currently no.
Thatâs why we need regulation in DeFi, insurance to protect ourselves from hacks.
Q8.Can you list 1â3 killer features of Your Project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about ?

Our ability to listen to our community and to migrate towards farming + nft while waiting to develop the rest .
Q9. Now that technology is changing every second, are you afraid that in the future Vision Network will lag behind new projects with newer technologies? Do you have a plan for this?
Jarod | Vision Network : I am not afraid, on the contrary.
The more people try things, the faster humanity will evolve and that is what I wish.
A project that tries to develop the same principle of idea is Flare Network.
And Iâm not afraid to say that they may succeed before us because they have more financial capacity.
But this will not prevent us from existing and developing other utilities.
Q10. Investors are afraid of scam, exchange is afraid of scam, partners are afraid of scam, so what does Your project guarantee not to scam investors ?
Jarod | Vision Network : Then simply.
If we had scam in our community, we would have done it this summer when our project was in coingecko and dextools trend, that we could sell millions of tokens.
We didnât and we never will.
The solution of a multisig wallet with the community can be a good solution to avoid scams.
Jarod | Vision Network : I think I have answered more than 5 questions but I apologize in advance.
