SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : Sure! I started in the space back i 2018 through interest in different currencies, mainly bitcoin. It wasn’t until 2019 that i started to get interested in decentralized systems specifically DAOs, where I was interested in improving the way we organize online.

Bà Tân | : Question1. Could you please give us a simple introduction of SnowCone? What’s the motivation for starting build SnowCone? @snowmachine
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : SnowCone is a DAO creation platform that provides users a suite of tools & protocol accessibilities to manage their own organizations. SnowCone aims to improve DAO to DAO interoperability by introducing pre made or custom templates, operating standards, & bottom up incentive structures like subsidiaries that increase structural efficiencies around complex objectives/raises. We like to call this the FractalDAO standard.
By pioneering entity to entity organizational management, to simple basic community raising efforts, SnowCone classifies itself as a DAO-as-a-Service framework & protocol. Although we eventually plan on going multi-chain for DAO management & deployment, we currently chose Avalanche due to its low costs/block efficiency to let both developers and users get creative without transactional fee burdens.

Bà Tân | : Question2. What are the outstanding features of the SnowCone project compared to other projects?
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : So SnowCone will offer tools for both DAOs and DAO contributors. We think contributors are essential for DAOs and helping them organize as well is something others aren’t doing. Creating an inclusive ecosystem is also important so that is why we built our directory as well so that other projects can get their name out there.
Our focus on rewarding the SnowCone community itself is also a huge advantage for us because it gives members the chance to help us while earning.
Bà Tân | : Question3. Does the SnowCone project have its own Token? when will it be released?
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : We will have our own token but the release date is yet to be determined because we are trying to integrate its utility within the platform, we think this is quite important.
Bà Tân | : Question4. Can SnowCone team please update some SnowCone latest news or major events to attract more users?
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : Latest news have been a few exclusive interviews we’ve done and partnerships with services that will help DAOs in their starting journey.

Bà Tân | : Question5. What is the current and future development roadmap of the SnowCone project?
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : We will release a roadmap very soon but we will have the first iteration of our platform in about a month which will then be followed by our marketplace that DAOs will be able to use to contract different types of work/services. By the end of the summer we will begin multi chain deployment that allows even more access to our tools to different networks.

Bà Tân | : Question1. I see that SnowCone is planning to offer “DAO Templates” as part of its products. Can you share with us some samples of your DAO Templates? How would this help DAO makers and creators in establishing thier own DAO for therir protocols? @Samama445566
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : DAO templates are just simple structures people can choose from depending on what kind of community they would like to build. Examples include Discord gating, NFT or Token based voting (or both), and number of members (capped or uncapped).

Can you share what benefits this program brings to DAO users and creators? SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : the range of services that we provide DAOs are not limited to the organizations themselves but also target contributors and reducing inefficiencies between parent DAOs and sub DAOs whether financially based or socially based.
Bà Tân | : Question4. SnowCone is A suite of tools for DAO creation funding, and organizational management. With SnowCone, users and projects can even create their own DAO and then connect it to their DApps. SnowCone has templates or tools for developers to create DAO? How do they do it? @itz_SaLuu’
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : Yes templates for both newcomers and experts alike. However we don’t want to over promise so providing more advanced tools for developers to use will take a bit more time to develop & will be made alongside developers that will be developing on SnowCone.
connecting to DApps and putting idle treasuries to work will be a difficult task but a very valuable innovation in the space.

Why did you choose Avalanche for your project? Is there any plan to add more blockchains in the future? @jaihind1800
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : Avalanche is a growing ecosystem with low fees so we decided it would be a great starting point for us to gain traction and support the network with tools that aren’t currently available.

Q2. ARE you a global project or local project? At present, which market are you focus on, or is it focused on building and growing to gain customers, users and partners???
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : We are a global project and encourage people to join our respective communities within our discord, we believe DAOs are going to be a global phenomena and now is the time to start contributing.

SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : We believe there is a lack of tooling for DAOs in Avalanche and lack of resources for contributors to use as well. The inspiration came from the need to provide these kinds of tools.
Q5. Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIP so far and upcoming partnerships? @snowmachine
SnowMaker (Won’t DM First) : Our partnerships are currently Kytes airlyft marketing program, while some more that have yet to be announced. This is also crucial to our marketplace because our partners will also provide services to the DAOs that will be building on our platform or would like access to our platform.
