Tamir B : We ourselves been in this industry for a long period of time. Our co-founder has been in logistics sector for over 20 years, and now leads one of the biggest logistics companies in Mongolia. I have project management and communication experience in large international development projects implemented by governments of the United States, Switzerland, and Mongolia on transportation, mining, and energy fields. Our Chief Counsel/Lawyer is Harvard Graduate and extensive experience in corporate law and regulations. Our CFO/Finance person has over 20 years of experience in central banking, banking and financial institutions. Our blockchain architects also been in software development for 20 years and in blockchain field for 6 years. So, we are veterans in this field. We know how to deal with governments, regulators, large corporations to introduce our solution to their businesses and create real life use cases.

Bà Tân | : Question1. Can you briefly describe what is OBORTECH? We would like to know more about it and how it works. @B_Tamir

Tamir B : Supply chain process has multiple actors having different technical capacities. Sharing data often requires manual, time-consuming, and complex processes, asking same information and tasks multiple times. Existing digital systems are mostly dedicated to specific organizations and their own environments only. Those systems are hard to be adopted by other players with different conditions.

We aim to create the Smart Hub, a fully digital ecosystem for all actors in supply chain, which they can remotely collaborate in a decentralized and democratic blockchain network favoring everyone regardless of their size and IT capability. The Smart Hub offers:

· Blockchain and cloud powered communication hub

· Tamper-proof, unified and online document exchange

· IoT based real-time visibility and tracking

· Open and decentralized networking marketplace

OBOT token is a main instrument for digital economy of the Smart Hub network. Members of the network can use OBOT token on performing transactions on the platform, escrowing contract bonuses, launching crowdfunding activities to the network community, exchanging services in the Smart Hub Marketplace, voting on governance policies and activities of the network, and getting rewards based on their performance ratings in the network.

Tamir B : Thanks. I think already mentioned it in my team introduction in above.

Bà Tân | : Question3. What are your main features that distinguish you from other projects and what competitive advantages do you have? @B_Tamir

Tamir B : Good questions. Here are our 3 differentiators

1. Current systems are mainly focused on centralized structure circling around certain organizations only, which creates a trust and adoption problems for various actors in different environments.

- We are aiming to build decentralized and democratic network of blockchain which creates favorable environment for everyone regardless of their size and IT capacity. Unlike centralized systems, members themselves are the governing bodies of our network and get the most benefit of it.

2. Most systems today are so complex and complicated to use. Because they try to include as many features and functions as possible to attract clients.

-As for our system, we are trying to make it as simple as social networking apps (Facebook). So, anyone can use and adopt it regardless of their IT knowledge level. We are aiming to make it even a farmer in distant areas can use and interact with their peers and partners if they have smart phones.

3. Most blockchain based projects in supply chain are mainly focused on track and trace features only and not have “fun to participate” model promoting interaction of participants in the network.

- We are introducing OBOT token, which has many kinds of utilities in the network for all participants. Never been before, we are introducing crowdfunding model like Kickstarter for OBOT token holders and SMEs participating in the network. Crowdfunding can be done either by lending with algorithmic interest rate protocol based on calculation of member scores/ratings in the network or by pledging based on escrow contract and performance tracking on the Smart Hub’s blockchain network between creators and backers. It is just one way of using OBOT. There are many other ways which I mentioned in my first answer.

Bà Tân | : Question4. Could you please provide some progress on your Roadmap and what results OBORTECH has achieved so far ? And any sneak peek into 2021 plans for OBORTECH ? @B_Tamir

Tamir B : Sure. So far, a leading logistics company in Mongolia invested in us and funded the POC development. Currently, we are doing our pilot on meat export supply chain from Mongolia to China with participants from Mongolian government, meat exporters, and logistics companies. After the pilot, we aim to expand into Asian and European markets. First and foremost, in 2021, we’ll list our token on some of the top exchanges. We have some good news reserved for April and May when our token is listed on good exchanges. We’ll do more aggressive marketing campaign in April-May. Our product (the Smart Hub) will be released in Q3 2021 and more partnerships will come this year.

How do plan to spread awareness about your project in different countries where English is not spoken well? Do you have local communities for them to let them better understand about your project?

Tamir B : The Smart Hub is designed for easy to join and simple to use principles for quick adoption. So, it is adaptable into different language interfaces. Besides, the Smart Hub will offer tailored services suited to local conditions, and the adoption and marketing will be led by regional anchors and champion partners who well know their local markets. OBORTECH will take partner-driven approach for the promotion of its business. In each supply chain ecosystem, the project will select anchor or champion partner to promote the network, attract potential clients, and lead the Smart Hub adoption there. A revenue sharing model will be offered to those anchor partners.

(https://twitter.com/LeNgocDiem95)Do you have any plans to attract Non-crypto investors to OBORTECH . Because it is the success of a project to get more investors who are still not in the crypto world. What are the plans to increase awareness around your in non-crypto space?

Tamir B : Surely, it is important that not only rely on crypto. We have already got our pre-seed investment from Mongolia’s leading logistics company, a non-crypto investor, in terms of equity financing. We are also discussing partnership with a fundraiser firm having strong network with Silicon Valley investors including non-crypto funds like venture capital firms. We’ll announce their name when time comes. We are also applying to European Unition’s Innovation Fund grant program (Horizon 2020) this year. Since we are dealing with real problems affecting any economy in the world, which is supply chain inefficiency, there will be many non-crypto investors who understand our project.

(https://twitter.com/doandaly1602)Can you please talk a bit about why you feel OBORTECH needs blockchain, the importance of the token in OBORTECH platform, and what is coming that might increase the use and need to stake or use the token?

Tamir B : The supply chain industry is one of the most critical field that blockchain can bring tremendous change. Because in any supply chain, there is strong need of various actors to exchange data and interact to each other on same page. Blockchain can create decentralized and real trusted environment for that. Therefore, over 600 ports and terminals all over the world have joined blockchain network already.

OBOT token will enable the network users to interact, collaborate, support each other in more efficient and easy ways, which traditional fiat currency can’t. For instance, users collaborating via the Smart Hub can convert some portion of their contract funding into OBOT tokens and allocate them in Escrow Contract as a bonus payment. When one side performs its task well and meets certain extra conditions of the Smart contract, the escrowed tokens will be released as a bonus payment. Since all parties’ supply chain actions and flows are recorded on the Smart Hub’s blockchain network, it will be done completely automatic. Whereas in traditional supply chain system, you would need a bank to provide such services and follow bureaucratic paper works before activating that. There are many other usage advantages of OBOT token compared to fiat currency in the Smart Hub, which you can explore more from our whitepaper. As the Smart Hub network expands and more supply chain actors join the network, more demand will be created for the token. We are also thinking of adding Staking, Lending, Governance features to the OBOT token in the future.

Tamir B : Yes agree. First, we are focusing to solve real life problems estimated by huge cost and value, which is different than some projects based on just hypothesis of the future. Second, see our current partner on our website and click on their logos. You’ll be directed to their website and see how they are going to use our product. Third, we’ll release real life success stories of our partners and clients participated in our pilot in upcoming months. That will show you how our product is impacting practical problems in reality.

(https://twitter.com/isansyn)COVID 19 has slowed many economies around the world but as a crypto business has it affected you negatively or positively? Secondly, are you still on track to achieve your targets as the road map says?

Tamir B : It won’t have negative impact on us. Moreover, our service has become more in demand under current global situation of COVID-19 pandemic. Industry professionals have concluded that supply chains are going to need to be more flexible and resilient, and able to shift sourcing and distribution in days or weeks, instead of in months or years. Additionally, a fully digital and remotely controlled smart system will greatly reduce contamination risk by limiting physical interactions in supply chain.

Per our current progress, we are on track to achieve what we have planned in 2021.

Q1. Do the token holders have right to participate in the governance of the project? On what kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?in terms of security…What security measures of your platform ensure users assets dont become the target of hackers?What advantages you have partnering with Hacken?

Tamir B : Yes. That features will be added very soon. The most important governance usage when you are holding the token is you can vote on policies regulation each supply chain network in our system. For instance, how the members accept new members joining the network, how the member score/ratings in the network should be assessed etc. In terms of security, We recently applied for security audit by Certik.org, a leader in security and trusted by Binance. Our audit report will be available and posted on our website soon.

Q2. 🟣 I just realized that there exist something called “ Member Rewarding” so can you please explain us what is required to be eligible to obtain such rewards?

Tamir B : Members in the network will be rewarded based on their scores/ratings in the network. Verified members of the marketplace will be scored/rated by various ways based on blockchain data and performance histories on the Smart hub platform. For instance, shipment and contract performance histories, active participation and response rate on event/document exchange activities, and satisfied client reviews all positively impact the member scores. Conversely, poor performance and inactive participation in the Smart hub will downgrade the member scores.

Q3. Many projects have pulled the carpet and got rid of the scam recently. Why should investors trust your project without doing so?

Tamir B : I’ll give you good advice on this. Not only for our project, but also to assess other projects. 1. Ask do they have real working products that is being used in real-life? We have already our prototype and doing our pilot atm. You can see it from our videos on Youtube and partners links on our website. 2. Are they trying to solve real-life problems or just imagination of future? We are targeting critical problem in supply chain exist right now. 3. Do they experienced team in all fields neccessary to develop business? Having good engineers and blockchain experts is not enough. You need diverse experts in different fields such as marketing, legal, finance, technical etc. We have all that

Q4. While developing your project, did you take into account community responses and requests?

Tamir B : Sure. We are building our product based on our current partners’ feedbacks and evolving and improving it constantly. It is a long term and constant process

Q5. I want to have a LONG TERM INVESTMENT with this PROJECT, but I’m in doubts right now, how can you convince and assure me this project is SAFE and PROFITABLE?

Tamir B : We are not relying on speculation of crypto market. We are aiming to solve real life problems with huge market opportunity (supply chain & logistics). There are big gap and demand of unified information flow and supply chain visibility in the industry itself. Thus, regardless of situation in crypto industry, our project will still progress and expand. So, we think any situation in crypto industry don’t make huge impact on our success since users of our product will still own OBOT tokens to use our product (The Smart Hub) regardless of what is happening in crypto market. As mentioned before, when more users use the Smart Hub in any supply chain, more demand of the token it will create.
