Elio Artič : First of all, I would like to thank you for your attendance. My name is Elio and I’m the CEO of the NFracTion project. My primary background comes from professional sports, I am a master of two martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, which I also actively teach, and I am also bachelor of strength and conditioning. I’ve been heavily involved in sports for about twenty years, I have been involved in numerous successful international projects, but in the past four years I’m extremely enthusiastic about crypto currency’s and crypto market overall.

Apart from me, our co-founder Alen Dolsak is the owner of marketing & development agency for 8 years now and the core team is now 100% devoted to the project of NFracTion. Agency basically supported start-up projects in traditional market with business development, marketing strategies, designs, software development, launch support etc.

Bà Tân | : Question1. Can you briefly describe what is NFracTion? We would like to know more about it and how it works.

Elio Artič : NFracTion is a unique NFT Fractionalizer, that fractionalizes digital arts into puzzle pieces, which provide additional value for collectors and guarantee multiple revenue streams.The main goal of NFracTion is to create a friendly UI/UX for the marketplace, that is easy to use and manage for any user.

NFracTion delivers a superb cross -chain marketplace for the crypto community, with main network BSC at the launch, after that adopting Solana, KuCoinChain and Polygon as well. Modernly designed with extra care for best user experience, which makes collecting puzzle pieces fun and provides higher revenues than standard single-piece art trading/collecting.

Marketplace will basically allow to mint and trade all kinds of NFTs with special focus on user experience as we strive to engage “non-crypto” users into the NFT world too.

Fractionalized NFTs and our unique gamified features are basically our main product and in this sector potential is endless.

Of course we are preparing additional services, such as a Staking/farming program, Reward program, Mobile app etc., but you can check that on our channels so I`m not too long with my answer.

Bà Tân | : Question2. What are the products NFracTion is developing ? What features does it have?

Elio Artič : Well we already mentioned our Cross-chain NFT Marketplace in our previous answer, but I need to expose that marketplace will support any kind of NFTs, not only arts. NFracTion team believes that our real product are unique NFT gamified features, that we take special care of and we major plans with upgrades on it in the future. To name some:

NFT Puzzle Packs (randomly generatic puzzle pieces of NFT arts, that can be used to complete collections or win “whole NFT art” and can be tradeable on marketplace)

Personalized NFT`s (for now we are focused on Sports fans and personalized jerseys of users favourite teams, but there are many upgrades to come on this feature)

NFT Raffles (high quality NFTs will be offered as a lottery pick, where anyone can buy a slot and when it’s filled we randomly draw a winner/owner)

We are already developing some additional concepts that would integrate well into the Sports fans community and secure benefits for our artists and collectors. After we support those with big names and major partnerships, our special collections should become must-haves in no time.

Bà Tân | : Question3. What role does the $NFTA token play in your ecosystem? What benefits will the users who hold it get?

Elio Artič : Our token is used to support our main feature — acquiring Puzzle packs with them. We need to support direct FIAT payments, but in the back of the process each pack will acquired with $NFTA token. There will also be lower fees and other benefits for using our token on marketplace trading and for our long-term adopters we are preparing staking/farming programs that will be very appealing to anybody. During the development and upgrades we are always looking for additional token utility on a long-term and will implement those accordingly.

Bà Tân | : Question4. Let’s talk about your plan for global expansion. Which markets will you focus on? What are your plans for building and growing to gain users and partners?

Elio Artič : NFracTion is definetily globaly oriented, since we are targeting major sports organisations and sports fans community around the globe. Platform`s main language in this manner is of course English, because it is most commonly used in all sectors. But we are already connecting with many regional communities and we would love to support in their native language. We are planning regional TG channels and platform will be multi-lingual, but it`s to early, since we just went public in late June. We need to keep track on our community and we`ll be adding languages accordingly to community growth. No worries, nobody is going to be left out due to language barrier, we want to connect all markets for the desired goal, and that is, to deliver the best customer service possible.

Bà Tân | : Question5. Could you please provide some progress on your Roadmap and the results NFracTion has made so far? And is there any information about 2021 plans for NFracTion?

Elio Artič : I must say I`m very proud of team on that matter, because no matter what happened, we`ve always met all the goals on our roadmap. So far we have met all the goals on our roadmap, except the IDO launch. Unfortunately we had adjust to the market situation to get best out of it for both, NFracTion and their backers/community. We are currently in the process of community building and we didn’t want to loose any time during the delay.

For that reason we actually did many upgrades and additions to the product, that weren’t planned or mentioned on our prior roadmap. We are going to update it next week, when we set a final date of the IDO launch which will be in August and we are looking forward to announcing some extra features that are, of course, unique.

As mentioned before our team is steadily doing upgrades and researching markets/communities needs. Most focus in 2021 will be on settling additional strong partnerships in the sports sector and getting involved in the gaming world too. NFracTion will definitely take the right steps in a matter of adding additional networks and following latest security and development trends.

On your Pitch Deck, I read that by collecting all of the puzzle pieces, users will then receive the whole NFT Art, however, can you tell me if users can freely trade the NFT Art once it’s in their possession? What are the benefits of having out together numerous NFT Artworks?

Elio Artič : Of course, actually you can even trade puzzle pieces before completing the “whole NFT”. Due to our concept there will always be some “extra pieces”, those can be traded, swaped or burned for higher tier piece. When the art is completed, collector will recieve rare “whole NFT” and there will be no restrictions on trading what so ever — we will also offer buybacks for those pieces. Those special collections will be always reviewed/approved by our team to assure high-end quality and value for those arts.

Key points of our puzzle concept are gamified and entertaining way of collecting quality and valuable NFTs, also collector can acquire really rare/worth piece for small amount thru our randomly generated Puzzle packs and on the other hand, our calculations say that this concept should generate up to 50x higher revenues to artist in comparison to standard single-piece art sell and it will produce exposure for great artist to “create a name”.

NFracTion is currently partnering with ExNetwork and is also close to reaching a deal with an influencer. What benefits does this partner bring to the NFracTion project? Do you have plans to add partners to make your project more publicly known?

Elio Artič : Exnetwork Capital is our “mother partner” — incubator, advisor and our first investor in one spot 😊 NFracTion certainly didn`t stop there, actually that was our pin point to open the doors on so many levels. We are actively looking for partnerships on different areas to break it down …

Backers/Investors

At this sector we are basically focused on presales rounds and we already allocate some VCs, influencers and communities to support us on marketing and exposure field as well. Recent market conditions weren`t doing us a favor, but still we manage to settle some deals and we have very large interested groups that we are still in negotiations mode. We are about to announce many major partnerships in next days.

Sponsor partnerships

We are mainly focused on the sports area at first and we recently announced our first major partnership with MMA ON and many small organisations to go along. We are also in deep talks with different options around the globe, but those information is pretty sensitive, so we cannot talk about in publicly until it`s official. Let me just say that most of them are from soccer/footbal, basketball, MMA and racing sports, also our incubator is very much involved in gaming industry and that is our second stage plan…

Strategic partnerships

Right now we are focused on basic development and sucesfull launch, but we are getting some proposition during the process. NFracTion will definitely look for strategic partners on security, cross-chain technical solution and liquidity. We are also in some starting talks for CEX listing in the future, so we are thinking about it, but it`s too early in our stage to disclose anything.

Can I sell my own NFTs in that marketplace? Are there any certain requirements for users who want to buy and sell their NFTs in that marketplace?

Elio Artič : Marketplace was actually our prior idea and we put a lot of effort into building superb product for BSC community, which wasn`t available at the time. Later we made it a “secondary product”, since there were so many similar projects ongoing. For this reason there was strong focus on UI/UX and we want to support our users with expectional experience on our NFT marketplace.

It will basically allow us to mint and trade all kinds of NFTs with special focus on user experience as we strive to engage “non-crypto” users into the NFT world too. There will be no restrictions whatsoever and we`ll try to offer the fees available .

COVID 19 has slowed many economies around the world but as a crypto business has it affected you negatively or positively? 2nd, are you still on track to achieve your targets as the road map says?

Elio Artič : In that matter, COVID 19 was the game changer for us actually, because in normal market, we wouldn’t be here today with NFracTion project. Saying that, we had many traditional market start-ups ongoing and planned for third parties, but everything slowed down over the night and many of them were delay — that was the trigger for our team to finally take time for personal project. After some research we decided to develop one of our idea into the crypto project. After onboarding some advisors with many experience we quickly saw that our team is perfect for the job. This way our core team of 4 people dedicated 100% to NFracTion and today there are 13 people working on the project. We still feel bad about all what is going on around the Covid-19 though and hopefully things will get better soon and wouldn`t leave too much consequences for humanity in general.

Let’s stay positive and we can happily say that we are not only achieving road map targets but we are actually exceeding them. We are proud that our team is so flexible and can adapt to any situation on a regular basis.

Could you explain how the fractionalization process of an NFT is? Is there a specific number of pieces that they will be divided into? Or can an artist decide how many pieces they want to divide it into?

Elio Artič : Sure thing. Like mentioned before, NFracTion’s main characteristic is the unique NFT Fractionalizer, that fractionalizes digital arts into puzzle pieces, which provide additional value for collectors and guarantee multiple revenue streams. The puzzle piece is divided into 32 pieces, which can be acquired later on through randomly generated puzzle packs. Later on we will allow custom settings, but we would like to test the market first and then adjust accordingly to the community feedbacks.

Puzzle packs can be sold or traded, you see, the fate of the packs is in the user’s hands. Afterwards, when the user acquires/collects all 32 pieces of particular NFT, a new “whole” NFT is minted for the collector, therefore, creating the opportunity for no “multiple ownerships”. If there is a chance of multiple ownerships, then the user can make an individual deal with another user, to close out a deal on the terms they desire.

Q1. I read on your website that NFracTion will have a charitable organization to which they will allocate a certain percentage of NFT sales, right? If so, how do you know that these funds will go to an official charity and not that it is a scam?

Elio Artič : We will individually confirm the wallets, and examine the charity organizations, so that we commence the higher ground and take control over the fact who gets the funding.

Q3. Can you explain to us how to purchase your token? Will you have private sale and public sale event?

ALΞN D | Co-founder @ NFracTion :

NFracTion just went public lately and we are now at the earliest stage of presales, so basically no round is closed yet. We managed to fill around 35% of presale rounds since we are active in that matter, which is pretty amazing due to market conditions. Even though there is still much left and we would be happy to welcome new backers onboard.

Token will be listed on Pancake Swab after the IDO launch, but we left the option to join early too. You can find online form (www.nfraction.com) for early interests and we basically review each one individually — if we see enough value in it we can confirm higher allocation size and accordingly lower if backer isn`t contributing to the project well. It`s working perfectly thus far and will continue on keeping balance this way for now.

Q4. Revenue is an important aspect for all projects to survive and maintain the project / company. What is the way to generate profit / revenue of token? What is the income model?

ALΞN D | Co-founder @ NFracTion : Our revenue model is luckily generating funds from the day one of our launch and this way we feel very secure about liquidity. Two obvious and main resources are fees on marketplace trading and other is selling Puzzle packs with randomly generated puzzle pieces. We will also be minting our own NFTs (for example personalized NFTs) which can contribute a lot and many other minor revenue options that aren`t that relevant at this point.

Q5. Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIP so far and upcoming partnerships?

Elio Artič : Couldn`t agree more with the statement and probably this is our most active “department” at the moment. First of all I must highlight our incubator Exnetwork Capital as the most important partner of them all. They are with us for almost 2 months now and they are really taking their part in development & strategy of NFracTion, their help was priceless over the process and we are looking forward to the future with them.

We are currently putting most energy into disclosing some deals with big names in the Sports industry, but we need to keep it private (until official), or a sweet surprise if we may call it that way, until the deal is settled. All additional partnerships will be publicly announced as soon as possible, but for this matter we can reveal our opening major partnership with MMA ON — project oriented and connected with many famous MMA organisations and fighters around the globe.
