Olga Kaz : Mummy.io is an immersive free Play-and-Earn MMORPG that brings to life the forgotten myths of Ancient Worlds through a state-of-the-art experience

Mara : Sure, Mummy is an expansive play-and-earn MMORPG that draws from the myths of Ancient Egypt while having its own compelling lore.

There will be 60 km of open world for players to explore, all with immersive lifelike visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5. ❤️‍���

Olga Kaz : ⚜️ Mummy.io team is 45 people strong, skilled across all game development cycle, scattered around the ��� — ������������������������ ������������

We have the ambition to be at the forefront of innovation in the gaming industry. We hope to foster a vibrant community of players that are as enthusiastic about the game as we are.

Bà Tân | : Q2.What are the products that the Mummy.io team is focusing on developing?

Mara : The ultimate goal we’re working towards is a triple A MMORPG set in ancient world, starting with Ancient Egypt. ���

Our focus right now is on delivering an amazing Chapter 1 for our Demo — players find themselves in this strange world where chaos rules, ���they have to perform certain tasks, interact with NPCs, defeat some creatures, and then face a memorable boss.⚔️

We will constantly upgrade the Demo over the coming months with additional characters that players can choose from, new environments to explore (mountains, abandoned desert settlements, marshland), lore, and NPC interactions.

We’re also polishing the Mummy Marketplace — it’ll be live this Autumn!

Our Pre-Alpha will be released at the end of the year.

We’re also working on our very first NFT collection — the Primordial NFTs. More details will soon follow ��� they’re also part of the Mummy lore & have a compelling story!

Bà Tân | : Q3.What support does the Mummy.io platform have for NFTs? What are the benefits of owning Mummy.io’s nfts?

Mara : We are developing our own Marketplace where players can sell, purchase, and trade NFTs. The NFTs can be earned while playing the game in lootboxes after defeating a challenging boss or after completing a certain quest. ⚔️������

Some NFTs have in-game utility — weapon upgrades, unlocking specific quests, the power to read some hieroglyphs and interact with NPCs, others may be artworks to decorate the hideout. Some Soul NFTs, in particular, may be rented to other players for passive income — the Ka Soul NFT can be rented for specific task such as working on the pyramids or fishing. There is more information about their utilities in the WP ���

Mara : This year: Chapters 1–3 of the Mummy Demo, Marketplace live, Primordial NFT Collection, release of the Pre-Alpha

The current Roadmap is in the WP. We pursue a dynamic and agile production methodology, so aspects of our design, roadmap, and ideas may be further developed and subject to change to create the most incredible game and experience for our community to enjoy.

Bà Tân | : Question1. The P2E is a very competitive , to what length have the Mummylabs team gone to ensure that the games is actually fun and entertaining to players and What are the exciting features that would keep players attached to the game ?

Mara : Our priority and main focus is to deliver an exciting and fun game, ❤️‍���a state-of-the-art experience for gamers to enjoy — filled with memorable bosses���, thrilling quests, ⚔️layered and epic lore, and plenty of opportunities for players to socialise — in hubs, hideouts, teaming up for Dungeons, joining Guilds.

We’re working on a fast-paced combat system that helps players enter a state of flow by continuously improving their stats & abilities through combat. ���

The game is developed in the cutting-edge Unreal Engine 5 which is incredible for large-scale world-building with 3D details & lifelike materials & stunning facial realism for NPCs. The dynamic lighting of the environment & fluidity of motions create amazing lifelike interactions. ���

It really feels as if you’re there, in the middle of ancient cities, the desert, right in the midst of action! A whole new level of immersion!

So, we’re striving for Mummy to be a triple A game that stands out from the crowd. The play-and-earn mechanics are the cherry on top, a cool reward system that happens naturally while playing. ���

We are building for and with our community, so we aim to constantly gather feedback about the desired directions for the game, future storylines, and other game functionalities

Bà Tân | : Question2. The #Mummylabs token is the economy token in #Mummylabs Given that it is the token to be used mostly in the game , how would the team manage its economic regulation ? Will there be any means of managing its production and circulation ?

Mara : Mummy is a play-and-earn game, players are rewarded with gold — our in-game currency — which they can exchange to $MMY, our token.

$MMY has a fixed supply, more info can be found in the tokenomics section of the Whitepaper.

We have partnered with Machinations.io to design our game economy which is a very challenging task because of its mathematical and logical complexity.

Machinations’ Game Economy Health Monitoring Service will predict and prevent economic hurdles by verifying our game economy based on large-scale simulations prior to the launch of the game and afterwards continuously audit, monitor, predict and alert on trends based on live players and market data.

Bà Tân | : Question3. Everyone loves the RPG games , and we know what makes our character strong are items , weapons & spells . How can each of these items , weapons & spells be obtained ? is it only through purchases in your MarketPlace ? Or can it also be obtained in the after — match game ?

Mara : Consumables, depending on what they are & their utility — weapon upgrades, spells, clothing, hideout artworks & decorations, accessories for pets etc can be obtained in lootboxes after defeating certain bosses, earned while playing after completing quests etc or purchased from the Premium Shop as in-game items (non-NFT) or as NFTs from the Marketplace.

$MMY can also be used to purchase & trade NFTs on the Mummy Marketplace.

Bà Tân | : Question4. Many of today’s NFT games charge a high fee to start the game and therefore start with a small player base . Does your game have an entry fee or initial condition & if so what is it ? Do I need to hold NFT or some tokens to enjoy and play the game ?

Mara : The MMORPG will be free to play, we want as many people as possible to enjoy it & have fun. ���

Most of the game world will be free to enjoy, only certain quests or game aspects may require ownership of a specific NFT — some of these can be earned in-game for free, others may be available for purchase on the Marketplace.

Mara : This intricacy of relationships between the character classes, god allegiance, and personal player choices also creates an exciting challenge for players, along with their ability to constantly improve their combat skills.���

Bà Tân | : Question5. Current NFT is a hot topic , but are NFT not just for art . Does your project think that more real world use cases will emerge for NFTs as time goes on , why should we take NFTS seriously ?

Mara : NFTs have a very wide range of usecases that have already started to revolutionise many industries — gaming, real estate, music industry, digital art & collectibles, healthcare

There are plenty of real-world use cases & cool projects out there — gym memberships can come in the form of NFTs, for example.

For gaming and Mummy, I think it’s incredibly cool that gamers can have true ownerships of their in-game assets in the form of NFTs. These NFTs can have in-game utility, get upgraded depending on the players’ actions, provide additional utility when Mummy partners with other projects

NFTs are a way for players to monetise the time & energy used for playing in a way that was very hard to do or simply not possible with traditional games.

Q1. Do you have an AUDIT certificate or are you working to AUDIT your project, so that its security becomes more secure and reliable?

Mara : We take the security of our players very seriously, so we’ll be constantly auditing our smart contracts

Q2. Many blockchain projects are on paper only and no product or product has no practical meaning. Please let us know what is your project currently practical product in use? What are your plans for the product to be better in the future?

Mara : Our playable demo will be released this summer in 3 Chapters, so please give it a try & I hope you enjoy it ��� Pre-Alpha coming at the end of this year.

We are very passionate about Mummy and want to deliver the most amazing MMORPG. ���

Q3. COVID 19 has slowed down many economies around the world but as a crypto business, does it affect you negatively or positively? Are you still on track to achieve your goals or are you planning a new development?

Mara : We are on track. Our team works remotely, so covid didn’t have much of an impact thankfully.

Q4. How important is the community to you? and how can we collaborate or help you for the development of the project?

Olga Kaz : Community is the cornerstone of Mummy Metaverse!

We strive to make the Mummy world an inclusive magical place for all to enjoy and wish to have a positive impact in people’s lives by championing the power of the imagination and the value of real human connections that can be made among the sand dunes and pyramids of ancient worlds. We value our community whom we will consult regarding future directions of the MMORPG as we are committed to have a very transparent game development approach.

Q5. Does your project support staking program? if yes. how is your stake system work, what is the requirement for user if they want to stake in your platform? Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract Investors to invest?

Mara : Our token has a fixed supply. Our IDO is scheduled for this year, and staking mechanisms will be implemented after it — more info to come.

Q6. How many team members do you have? Do they have enough experience in the blockchain field? Do they have any experience on working in crypto and non-crypto project?

Mara : Yes, most of us have experience working in gaming or crypto or other related fields. The core team will be fully doxxed soon

Mara : We are NOT currently listed on any exchanges. The IDO will happen later this year — the date hasn’t been confirmed yet. We also take into accouny market conditions before deciding whether to have the IDO or not.
