In a nutshell, Kodo Assets is an innovative project that aims to bring real estate market to everyone

Investing into real estate market can be really expensive in every way: buying a property, especially in metropolitan areas, can be almost impossible to most people because of its steep entry level. Even the financial products within the traditional market can be inaccessible to some.

Blockchain technology provides a user-friendly, secure, fast, and transparent environment for all who wishes to invest in real estate market. A property can be tokenized in very small parts — and that’s one of the greatest advantages! After all, the entry price can be drastically decreased, making it far more accessible than the traditional ones

Given its transparent nature, blockchain transactions can be easily audited, and that’s another great advantage blockchain technology brings to both users and developers.

Rafael Motta : The entry level is really cheap compared to most traditional products, and you don’t have to expose yourself to great volatility.

KODO1, our first project, uses Polygon technology to provide the best experience possible for all participants. As an ERC-20 token, it can be easily stored into your personal wallet and traded with others

That said, you don’t have to worry about slow and expensive transactions!

We are basically focused on acquiring real estate in strategic areas and tokenizing them, offering financial products that are accessible to anyone in a global level

We could certainly do other kinds of products and services regarding the real estate market, of course, but that’s a conversation for a not-so-distant future. ���

Oh! About latest news: we have a hot one

Kodo Assets is at Blockchain Expo London 2022 (1–2 December), so everyone’s invited to pay us a visit at our booth, of course.

About our first release, KODO1, its release date is probably going to be announced next week, I believe. You can follow us on social media to stay tuned about everything we’ve been doing so far :)

And now, about the token rights

For now, our first tokenized venture will only provide financial rights to the token holders. However, we’re studying about creating a token that provides some level of governance rights to its owners, too. Maybe something next year.

Since blockchain technology provides inclusion and voice to the masses, we’d like to stick to that philosophy as asson as we’re able :)

One of our goals is to launch a marketplace so our holders will be able to buy and sell their tokens in a secure, easy-to-use, and good-looking environment! The work is already in progress and should be done up to the end of 2023

And lastly, a teaser: we’re already working on another tokenized project. All I can say is that you’re going to receive more news about it between February-March next year.

We’re aware that most financial products are inaccessible to most people in every single sense

Real estate tokenization, in the other hand, makes the accessibility to financial products as a whole (not only real estate market, mind you) far more interesting :)

And we’re using Polygon ecosystem so you don’t have to worry about transactions fees or anything :)

Bà Tân | : Q3. What are the products that the Kodo Assets team is focusing on developing?

Rafael Motta : Basically, we’re only fosuced on investing into new real estate in strategic places (initially in Brazil) and tokenizing those properties, giving our users accessible financial products. KODO1, for instance, grants financial rights for all its holders

Something around 6% of the value of the lease will be distributed to token holders periodically, so you’ll always be able to take a profit with the occupation of the building

If Kodo sells the property, for example, all holders will have their share as well :)

So making a profit by the token appreciation is only one way of making money

There are lots of ways to do so :)

We know that we’re facing a severe crypto winter here. And we all should tread carefully at the moment

That’s why our business model aims to reduce the volatility

You can gain in a lot of ways: through the appretiation of the token and/or the property and through leasing

That said, even if the token is volatile, you can still make a steady and profitable income from leasing :)

After all, even the most enthusiastic crypto investors should resort to less volatile assets to bring security to their earnings :)

And that’s how you can avoid volatility and make a profit without embracing lots of risks with KODO1

We also have other great names in the industry that gives us great penetration inside the market

Rafael Motta : We do not have any plans — at least for now — for a burning strategy, since the token volume is really scarce (25k)

The financial rights given to the token holders is one way that Kodo has found to make things less volatile and highly profitable for all investors

And one of our main goals is to make a fine financial product that reduces drastically risks for both parts equally

Rafael Motta : It means “Code” in Esperanto :)

Rafael Motta : We believe in building a strong community by making real estate tokenization a reality for everyone online, so that’s a pretty fitting name haha

Q1. Is your project a community only for English speaking an countries or for users not of other languages?

Rafael Motta : For now, we have a Global announcements channel (English-only), an Asian channel (English-only, since Asians talk a lot of different languages) and an Indonesian one

Our community is constantly growing and rest assured that more groups are about to come

Q2. Hey, Rafael Motta ���

Kodo Assets only supports ERC20 tokens.Does Kodo have any plans of deploying it on more blockchains like Tron and others?

Rafael Motta : That’s a possibility, for sure

We don’t have any plans for now in that sense, but Tron is a great blockchain ecosystem and has great potential for the long term

Q3. How can we trust your project and we believe you are not a scam project? Are there so many rage-pulling and exit scams happening these days? thank you

Rafael Motta : I loved that question, thanks for asking

To ensure that all users are investing into something REALLY safe, we’re actively working along with regulators, lawmakers and businesses around the world to release financial products that are legally backed

All of our products will be audited and all of our token holders will be able to check all the information regarding the project

We’re aware and annoyed by the ridiculously amount of scams around. I personally accepted working with Kodo Assets because of the transparency involved in the business as a whole

Lastly, before buying the token, all holders will need to make a KYC/AML

Q4. Did you consider community feedback/requests during the creation of your product in order to expand on fresh ideas for your project? Many projects fail because the target audience and clients are not understood. So I’d like to know who your ideal consumer is for your product?

Rafael Motta : Great question!

We are planning to create a governance model to our next tokens so investors will be able to speak their minds freely

But rest assured that we’re not unaware of what you guys think — our community is here so we can all have a chat and talk about the future while we drink some hot coffee :)

Q5. Staking, NFT is very hottest, do you think you will apply NFT technology to your products in the achieved future?

Rafael Motta : Good question! Non-fungible tokens are certainly on our radar

They’re awesome methods to certificate things. The best around, in my humble opinion

And that could certainly be implemented into certain tokenization products

This is a hot topic and we’re not unaware at all to it

It could be used to create exclusive content for all of our token holders, for instance :)
