Greg Crous : My name is Gregory Crous.
Greg Crous : I am the CEO of H3RO3S AG.
Greg Crous : Iâm half Swiss half South African â my family is from all over the world we are part Russian, Dutch, Spanish and Scottish.
From an early age I was surrounded by people from different countries and cultures.
Therefore, I quickly understood how to feel at home wherever I am.
Having studied International Relations in university I was educated in the theory of concepts, and how the ideas of individuals affect our society today.
I am completely shocked as I didnât understand how in the 21st century we still have people who donât have food or water or a roof over their heads.
This is was we want to change.
We want to provide a platform that allows individuals to understand that they are the key to creating positive change around them -
By helping people become the best possible version of themselves with the talents they already have.

Greg Crous : H3RO3S is the first real life play to earn.
We took a step back from gig economies like Fiverr, Uber, Airtasker, and Upwork.
What we do is harmoniously marry the meta verse with reality.
Similar to PokĂŠmon Go.
This allows our users to play their character (HERO) in real life.
We provide a platform with 45 Talents and over 100 tasks.
With Fiverr users meet request job and after 3 days get the end result, pay money, and done.
We think thatâs sad.
Especially with Covid people were stuck at home for over a year.
Socializing was done over zoom. And everyone was bored.
You could not meet new people or make new friends.
Thatâs what H3RO3S solves.

Greg Crous : We are currently working on providing a function where creative individuals can monetise their art in form of NFTs.
This includes paintings, music, movies, and videos â which will completely revolutionise the market and complement our overall intention of giving purchasing power to our users to fully experience âthe joy of opportunitiesâ.

Greg Crous : We are finalising the last steps and will make announcements on our socials in the upcoming weeks.

Greg Crous : There are multiple purposes for the H3RO Tokens.
First and foremost the token is used to reward individuals for completing and requesting tasks and for one another.
We are also launching multiple functions where the token has additional uses.
Users are able to create their own h3ro character that becomes an NFT when the game is complete.
We also have a media function that allows users to monetise their art e.g. music, movies, videos, and paintings.
We also have further utilities where the token is required in order to redeem rewards.
Overall we perfectly implemented our tokens to prevent inflation whilst at the same time encouraging buying pressure.
Furthermore with further users and affiliations with companies our tokens will be more distributed, utilised, and in-demand.

Greg Crous : I wrote a 52 thousand word â 30 year business plan.
Iâm not saying it will take 30 years to implement.
What Iâm saying is that for the next 30 years we have all updates, functions, and innovations written down and planned to implement according to the demand of the market.
The end goal is to set an example.
We want to show how itâs possible to live fully environmentally sustainable whilst at the same time covering all basic human needs.

Bà Tân | : Question1. I have read that you are looking to Build the H3RO3S Community, I would like to know what strategies you will use to build a strong and loyal community for the project, tell us a little bit about how you will attract users and keep them interested in H3RO3S? @ysasoma
Greg Crous : Our strategy is quite simple we are planning to launch our services in the UK.
The reason is that it has the highest density of University campuses.
There is a total of 254 universities â thatâs 4.5m students.
I was educated in QMUL which is a Russel Group University.
Each UK university has a sister school.
QMUL for example has a campus in America, Hong Kong and Malta.
This means we are able to go global within 1.5 years.
At the same time if there are bystanders observing how users are requesting 2 people to join them to play football and earning money for it.
We understand we will expand into the larger market of Young Professionals and even families.
Imagine being able to reward your kids with tokens for putting their dishes in the dishwasher.
Not only are we a game we also collaborate with universities and local businesses to attract users into their stores to see smell touch and hear all the shop has to offer.
The coins that users generate can be used to redeem rewards.
The game works on a subscription model users can earn $20+ per day and have multiple ways to redeem the points.
Everyone benefits and no one loses.
Thatâs why our system is called the Why Not System.
H3RO3S will be available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
With further updates we will also include more languages.

Greg Crous : We are intending to launch our services in Q1 of 2022 â when the students come back from their winter break.
This additionally complement our planned token launch which is taking place in the next couple weeks.

Bà Tân | : Question3. I understand that, H3RO3S wants to make cryptocurrencies become an accessible, flexible and beneficial part of everyday life for everyone. But how can they attract more non-crypto people to this potentially beneficial world? How do they generate greater adoption? @Jasonnmoree
Greg Crous : Currently there are around 150m individuals involved with crypto.
Within 1.5 years our target is to cover 25,000 universities and a total of 600m students.
We are making crypto become part of everyday life accessible, flexible and beneficial to all.
With these efforts we are not only supporting our community but the overall movement of Crypto worldwide.
All it needs is 2 people with the H3RO3S app downloaded.
We understand that just through observation we will attract Young Professionals and families too.
Soon the whole world will be crypto and H3RO3S will play a large part.

Our Why Not system includes a km based affiliation program that creates an ecosystem between University campuses, student accommodations, and local businesses.
We really prioritise our community and make sure that our service is able fun and entertaining to use whilst keeping our ears open to the community feedback.

Q1. I seen that you have done many AMAs, my question is, what do you expect to get from so many AMAs and what are your goals with the community? Do you consider the community to be a fundamental role in the project?
Greg Crous : Thanks for your question.
Yes 100%
Community is most important our intention is to show that when people realize that they themsleves are the key to making a positive change in their social environment then we already are a big step forward.
We are providing a service and therefore want to make sure that it is the best possible to ensure great user experience and the only way is to take user feedback into account.
I am true believer that when taking care of community â community will take care of you too đ
Q2. Do you have any Bug Bounty to check for weakness? In what way do you plan to make Your project more complete??
Greg Crous : Thanks for your question:)
Security is the key priority and task of our R&D team.
Our approach includes a combination of Audits as well as finding any potential vulnerabilities.
We also plan to include community activity programmes such as bug bounty, to engage and relate to our users.
Q3.Where can I currently buy Token?
Greg Crous : Please be aware that there are many scams in crypto.

Q4. Staking programme is very important for any project, Can i stake your token? Do you have any plan of starting staking programme?
Greg Crous : Thanks for your question
Yes we have multiple options available.
An example that has already been mentioned is that users can create their customised h3ro character that grows on the journey together with the user. This character can be staked and minted to become an NFT.
Users are not obliged to do this.
Q5. Scam project do hide behind tokenomics, statistics and lot of promise, so I want to ask how can a crypto user identity a genuine project using your project as a usecase??????
Greg Crous : Good question
First time I see this.
I think this is number one question to ask.
I think the main thing is that there is person in this case me who is available 24/7 answering questions for investors and standing behind the project.
I worked on this for the last 3 years and put my heart and soul into this project.
As man I have set values and morals. I dont do anything that I dont want to happen to me.
Most importantly its to understand that the project is not just a get rich quick / pump & dump.
In our case I wrote a 30 year plan to create value for next 3 generations.
Another thing is what value is the project providing.
From my research H3RO3S is one of the only project solving a real problem in the market.
Creating socio-economic & enviromental sustainability by positiviely engaging local communities.
