Do you have a policy like a limitation of withdrawal amount to non-KYC compliant customers which top exchanges like Binance or FTX offers to their community? What are the withdrawal limits for KYC not completed and KYC completed? @chloe_yeung

Chloe : KYC is mainly to prevent users from money laundering or trading with illegal funds, so we will certainly ask users to KYC first, and if they do not KYC ,users will be strictly limited on deposit， withdrawals, maximum transaction amounts, etc. Users who do not complete KYC will be limited to 100% of their withdrawals, with the exact amount being adjusted within a controlled risk range, up to a maximum of 20,000 USDT.

Bà Tân | : 3. Security & User Interface are the Most Important Aspect that Users see on a platform. How has #bitunix worked on this? Is Platform suitable for Newbies in the crypto field? @chloe_yeung

Chloe : Of course, our goal is to make trading easier for our users, so our app interface is designed to be very simple, basically a newbie will know how to operate it.

Building a simple and convenient operation interface for users is definitely one of our final visions. Whether the interface is simple and convenient depends on the product design and business development.

In terms of products, we are developing new web and app home pages. Users can quickly log in to Google, Apple account and decentralized wallet account. After entering the operation interface, no matter from any function, we plan to let users successfully complete the transaction through prompt and guidance. For example, after entering the P2P interface, after buying the USDT, you can transfer it to the trading account and start trading on the same interface.

From the business level, we need to continuously improve the service functions under the framework of compliance, such as P2P transactions, or direct transactions of a cryptocurrency with legal currency, so that users unfamiliar with digital currency can also easily complete the transaction;

Chloe : These are the visions that we hope the platform will achieve in crypto asset investment. In terms of functionality, convenience and intelligence and social are almost fused together, such as supporting smarter social services that can give users easy access to valid information. So we plan to take convenience, security, intelligence and socialising into account from the moment a user registers and logs in. For example, in the trading segment, we will provide more intelligent operating strategies to reduce the user’s setup process and analysis errors, while we will create a social function module that can provide live video streaming, online chat and access to external intelligent information access tools such as ChatGPT to help users reduce analysis and achieve profitable trading with smarter strategies.

Chloe : Of course, our team has enlisted the help of compliance experts from traditional financial industry backgrounds, and we are now already working on researching the current regulatory rules in different countries and regions around the world, and have started applying for compliance operating licences in dozens of countries and regions. After we have completed the local company registration, and submission of compliance materials required by regulators, we will be granted a licence after they have reviewed our products .

At the same time, on the business end, we are actively learning the rules of the traditional futures markets such as foreign exchange and block trading, following the compliance rules of the traditional financial markets to conduct our business and create a safe trading environment for our users.

Q2. What is your target audience? Can we earn tokens using your platform?

Chloe : I think making users profitable through a centralised platform is what all exchanges expect, while our main markets have been in South East Asia, Europe and the US.

Q3. What is your mission and vision?
