Before starting this company with my Co-Founder and CPTO Austin Chaird, I became a lawyer before working in crypto in 2017. From 2017–2020 I worked as Head of Distribution for Techemy, a regulated investment bank focusing on crypto and blockchain. Immediately before co-founding Alpha Impact I was actually working at Crypto.com, where I led Institutional Sales in Singapore.

I have previously founded 3 companies and this includes 1 exit in my native Canada in my mid 20s. I’m excited to build new businesses!

My Co-Founder Austin has spent 15 years in banking technology, working as a Vice President where he designed trading systems for banks and hedge funds when he worked for JPMorgan and Macquarrie Bank.

When Austin and I taught ourselves how to trade crypto, we found there is no transparent place to learn. Lots of people know how to make noise but there’s no way to know who is a good trader and who is faking it. So we set out to give everyone access to the same investing strategies whether they are trading with $25M or $25.

2. WE ARE NOT ANONYMOUS. I showed you above my and Austin’s LinkedIn. Both of us have left stable jobs in financial services to build this business, and we’re excited to be on the journey.

3. WE COVER CRYPTO OPTIONS. For all the crypto degens out there, we’re allowing you to ape into options and follow top options traders.

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : Yes, our $IMPACT token is listing on June 3rd! We’re excited to be listing on Uniswap and TWO IDO platforms!

Customers use our token to pay fees and they can stake tokens to reduce their fees and get access to more traders and investment strategies.

Traders can stake tokens to get a larger share of the fee as well as to become super users. We proactively help Super users to get more followers to dedicate capital to the trader.

We are excited to announce the launch of our YIELD FARMING program where customers can ADD liquidity to our Uniswap pair, beginning in mid June! For those who prefer to stake tokens the old fashioned way (with a more stable return), we will be offering traditional staking beginning sometime in June, also!

Bà Tân | : Question4. About Alpha Impact security, how safe and reliable is the Alpha Impact security system?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : First and foremost I wanted to make it clear that our system never has access to the funds of our customers. Funds always stay in your own exchange account so no one, not even our engineers, have access to your funds.

Secondly, we do use your API key which we hold safely. Our team of engineers is led by Austin, a 15 year experienced banking technologist who has previously held high level roles at some of the world’s largest investment banks, including JP Morgan Chase and Macquarie Bank.

We also realized that it was important to onboard a dedicated cyber security advisor, Adrian Chung, who has spent the past 20 years building cyber security systems for some of the largest technology companies in APAC.

Beginning this week, our Vietnamese community can compete to receive a whitelist slot. We’re excited with the strength of our Vietnamese community and will even be hosting an AMA later this week to discuss the rules of the competition. Bà Tân | : Question1. How do you determine and measure trading expertise on your social trading platform? Will there be any RATINGS or EXPERT leaderboard that will rank them based on their expertise and trading success? How many traders can a user copy and does using this service require a fee?

We have a leaderboard of top traders but one thing we want to make very clear is that we cater to all trader types. Investors will be able to choose different leaderboards : highest performance, most consistent performance, lowest drawdown, highest sharpe ratio and more!

Users who stake the bottom tier or no tokens may follow 1 trader while users who stake higher tiers of tokens may stake up to 8 traders.

Bà Tân | : Question2.Can you tell a feature or feature that you like best about your platform so that it can compete with other competitors? What are you most confident about for your platform?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : One of the features we’re very excited about is the ability to trade options! No other social trading platforms allow users to trade options at all.

Another feature we’re excited about is the leaderboard! Unlike other platforms that only choose the highest performing trader, our users will be able to choose the most CONSISTENT trader to follow, or the top trader by asset or exchange.

We recognize that not all traders are the same, and not all investors are the same. This is why we are catering to LOW AND HIGH RISK investors

Bà Tân | : Question3. Singapore #crypto copy-trading platform Alpha Impact removes the stress from crypto trading”, these are the words found on your twitter. So my question is how are planning or what are your plans for removing stress on crypto trading?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : We remove the stress by letting you keep funds in your own account. This means we NEVER get access to your funds.

The other important aspect to stress is that we cater to all investor types, and will give all our customers the ability to create a simulation trading account where traders can compete in a trading competition for simulation accounts, meaning no real money is at stake.

We also do the homework looking at the details of top traders, and all the traders you see on our platform will be backed by REAL TRACK RECORDS. Our leaderboard updates based on each trader’s real trading activity IN REAL TIME.

Bà Tân | : Question4. Yield farming in DeFi is where growers compete for a chance to harvest the best crops. What strategy does Alpha Impact have, in yield growers, to help lock cryptocurrencies in deposit and make a profit?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : Great question! We will be launching a Uniswap Liquidity pool, where our token holders can provide liquidity and earn a reward in exchange for support us. We have allocated 30% of our token supply to incentivizing these token holders, and we are very excited to be partnering with our community to democratize crypto investing.

For those who prefer single asset staking without the hassle of having to do yield farming, we’re very excited to be launching single asset staking too! This will be found on our website, and customers can simply deposit tokens into a pool and earn an interest rate.

IN terms of the long term, I want to assure you that Austin and I and the rest of the company are on very long token vesting schedules: 4 years! This is one of the longest vesting terms we’ve seen in the industry, and we’re very excited to be building Alpha $IMPACT for the community over this time.

Our vision is to grow the crypto industry to the 85% of people who have never invested in crypto so far. This is a big journey but one we are excited to take. Our solution is very simple: we offer a safe way for new investors to try, invest in, and learn how to trade crypto for all investors. Q2. can you explain why choosing the name alpha impact? and on what basis did you choose that name?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : We chose the name alpha impact because Alpha means generating portfolio returns, and we feel that helping customers generate returns is very impactful.

Q3. Only getting users, holders etc is not everything. In my opinion, a project needs to deal with solving a real world issue or problem What is the problem that your project primarily focuses on?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : We’re solving the problem that the 85% of people who have never invested in crypto don’t know how to trade crypto. The biggest problem of all :)

Q4. most of the projects have competition, so I would like to know, how Alpha Impact will be able to be among the best copy-trading platforms, what elements make you really competitive and guarantee that the project will be sustainable and profitable over time?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : We are focused on solving a real world problem for the people who have not yet entered the crypto market: by helping investors to understand how to trade crypto we will grow the market.

We are not focused on cryptocurrency companies as competitors. So Unlike EToro, our traditional markets competitor, we are low cost and non custodial :)

Q5. most of the projects have competition, so I would like to know, how Alpha Impact will be able to be among the best copy-trading platforms, what elements make you really competitive and guarantee that the project will be sustainable and profitable over time?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : There are no guarantees in life but we are building a sustainable business for the long term by solving a problem for our real customer — the 85% of people who have never invested before. I would think that us being non custodial is a big value add — investors never need to trust us with their funds.

Q6. Alpha Impact system gives the freedom to keep funds in the exchange account. How many exchanges do you support? If a trader is on an exchange and I’m on another exchange, can I still copy his trades? You know some tokens are listed on some exchanges with different coin tickers. For example HOT token is different on Binance and Huobi. One is listed HOT as HOLO project and the other is listed Hydro as HOT token. How do you overcome this problem?

We’re starting with Binance, Bitfinex, FTX, and possibly Kucoin. Our listing team does a manual review of each token to ensure there are no issues such as the one you’ve described. That part of the company is run by very diligent people who I trust very much.

Q7. Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract Investors to invest?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : This could make us be considered a security. So we can’t burn tokens but we will for sure divert 5% of our fees into a long term smart contract that will be restricting supply for 24 months.

Q8. Can you share your fundraising situation and how your private and public offering tokens are distributed? And what are the plans for the next IEO? What should we prepare if we want to participate?

Q9. ➡️Alpha Impact it’s a very well developed platform, but just for curiousity, have you considered create your own native app to Mobile devices?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : We’re evaluating this although our Dev team is very busy focusing on SIGNALS MINING — the first phase of our project which will allow traders to compete against each other and win a prize pool of up to $100,000!

Q10. Mostly all the Crypto is in dump recently by market crash. How does your project ensure that the coin will recover after dump?

H H (Will never PM you for funds) : Our project is not designed to affect token prices. It is designed to give investors access to an investment that works for them. We encourage our customers to invest with funds they can afford to lose, and to do their own research.
